Congratulations to our client, IK Partners, on the agreement to sell its stake in Eres, a leading French independent player in the advisory, structuring, asset management and distribution of employee profit sharing plans (PEE, PERECO), retirement schemes (PER) and employee shareholding plans, to Eurazeo.
