Summer Leadership Academy

A&M Summer Leadership Academy is a two-day in-person experience in New York City, where you’ll work alongside peers from different colleges and universities to build your talents, knowledge and problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. You’ll engage in hands-on activities that help you demonstrate your critical thinking and communication skills. You’ll also learn more about what it’s like to be part of our global TAG practice!

Candidate Qualifications

Currently pursuing an accounting degree at an accredited college or university with the intent to meet CPA exam eligibility requirements (150 credit hours) upon graduation.
Eligible candidates should be in the 2nd year of a 4-year degree program or in the 3rd year of a 5-year degree program.
All candidates applying for U.S.-based job openings must have authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Summer Internship

As part of our Summer Internship program, you will gain in-depth insights into the world of mergers & acquisitions and experience what it’s like to work in a deal setting. You’ll gain exposure to financial due diligence topics and the types of clients we work with. You’ll work alongside peers from different colleges and universities to build your talents, knowledge, and leadership abilities. You’ll experience what it’s like to be part of our team, meet many professionals, enhance your network, and learn more about full-time opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience using large data sets, along with analytical scripting and visualization platforms to produce actionable insights for clients
Eligible candidates should be in the 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5-year degree program at an accredited college or university.

Synthesize and convert data, make observations, support discussions with target management and drive conclusions.

Assist with the creation of client-facing reports and presentations that highlight the key financial, commercial, and other findings facing investments and the drivers behind maintainable profits and cash flows.
